Нашёл шаблон который можно подогнать под свои нужды http://www.jamboworks.com/Products/Available_Templates/Internet_Gazette_-_January_06_Template/
но надо вставить в него левую колонку,как здесь

то есть сдвинуть контекст вправо и вставить левую колонку
